DELIVERY & RETURNS
All orders are shipped within 1 week. We are unable to hold orders for delivery on a specific date.
We are currently able to ship Australia wide to all residential addresses. Whilst we’ll ship your shout out the door ASAP, delivery times do vary and depend on our suppliers. At the moment they are experiencing significant delays which may impact the delivery time of your shout. If you’re concerned about where your shout is, get in touch and we’ll do what we can.
If the order is being sent to a non-residential address, please ensure the business/company name is included in the address details under the text field “company”.
All orders are inclusive of delivery.
Please enter all delivery details carefully. Inaccurate or misspelt delivery information often results in delays or non-delivery of parcels. By default our delivery instructions are for the parcel to be left in a safe place, if a safe place can not be found, an attempt to deliver in person will be made. If delivery is still unable to be achieved, it will be returned to My Shout headquarters where the sender will be contacted and alternative delivery plans can be made. If delivery is unable to happen a second time, the goods will be forfeited.
We will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has taken place. This includes loss or damage resulting from delivery to unattended addresses. Orders will be left unattended by default, whilst every care will be taken to ensure delivery, this is at the purchaser’s own risk.
We are so sure that any product sold by MyShout will meet or exceed your expectations that we guarantee the products we sell. Should you for any reason be dissatisfied with your purchase, simply return the items for a full refund. The cost of return postage, if applicable, is to be paid by the sender. If the items you are returning are beers please return all cans, including empties. All returns must be made within 7 days of receipt. In the unlikely event that your goods are damaged in transit please contact us immediately. Depending on the order and extent of damage to the goods we will be able to provide you with a credit or replacement. This is at the sole discretion of MyShout and does not include slightly damaged labels (e.g. slight tear or fold) or minor dents to cans.
